She serves on the Board of Directors for the Boulder County Bar Association and contributes to legal education through her work with the Trial Lawyers College, where she also teaches. She has participated in panel discussions at the University of Colorado Law School, supporting the development of future trial attorneys. Outside of her legal practice, Debbie enjoys hiking, cooking, entertaining, and traveling to Maui. She is a devoted Broncos fan, a fashion enthusiast, and the caretaker of four rescue huskies. These interests contribute to her energy, perspective, and sustained focus in her work with clients.
