At Debbie Taussig Law, giving back to our community is a core part of who we are—and this past weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of doing just that at the Boulder County Bar Association’s Jazz for Justice event. Not only did the entire Debbie Taussig Law team attend, but Debbie Taussig Law was also proud to sponsor this fantastic evening dedicated to raising funds for Colorado Legal Services through the Legal Aid Foundation.
With costs rising and the need for legal aid at an all-time high, the event embraced a more casual atmosphere, all while keeping the fun and purpose alive. Held once again at The Studio (Boulder), the evening featured soulful New Orleans-inspired jazz performed by local musician Steve Christopher and his talented quartet.
Everyone enjoyed delicious appetizers and desserts, and a variety of beverages—including mocktails and a couple of fun specialty drinks. The festive spirit, the music, the dancing, and the company made it a night to remember.
Most importantly, Jazz for Justice raised essential funds for the Legal Aid Foundation, which supports Colorado Legal Services in providing free legal help to those who need it most. As a firm committed to justice and advocacy, we are honored to play a small part in supporting this vital mission.
